• Required documents and fees (if applicable) are provided.

We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Submit required documents in a timely manner

• Review and verify filings before submission

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Fees & Payments

• Professional fees will be communicated prior to service commencement.

• Payments must be made as agreed in the engagement terms.

• Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.

All government fees, taxes, penalties, or statutory charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client data in accordance with professional ethics and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed except:

• To regulatory authorities

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service.
